Suspected events are triaged, contained, documented and escalated under the applicable notification requirements.

Report a concern: email security@dixegroup.com. Do not include exploit code, passwords, financial account details or confidential third-party data in the first message.

Responsible disclosure

Describe the affected page, date and time, and the minimum steps needed to reproduce the issue. Do not access, alter, retain or disclose data belonging to another person; disrupt services; use social engineering; or demand payment. Dixe Group will acknowledge a good-faith report when operationally possible and may request a secure follow-up channel.

No security guarantee

No Internet service can promise absolute security. These practices reduce risk but do not eliminate it. Customers and suppliers remain responsible for protecting their accounts, devices, original records and authorized recipients.
